Appointments
You may schedule a visit by calling our office at (360) 335-8899. When you make an appointment with us, we are reserving a specific time for you. We will do our best to be punctual, and we kindly request that you provide us the same courtesy.
If an appointment has to be changed, please give us as much notice as possible so that someone else may use your time. To avoid charging you $25 for a broken appointment we require a notice of at least 24 business hours. In the event of an emergency, we will make every effort to accommodate you as soon as possible.

Insurance
As a courtesy to our patients with insurance, we are happy to file your claims for you and assist in determining coverage benefits.
Our knowledgeable claims staff will make every attempt to help you receive the maximum benefit from your insurance company. Please be aware that most insurance companies will not cover all dental costs, but may pay for fixed allowances for certain procedures or pay a percentage of the total charges. Any costs not covered by your insurance will be your responsibility.
